Corruption destroys countries, but here flowers are showered on thieves: PM Imran Khan

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that the countries are destroyed by corruption, but here flowers are showered on thieves.

Addressing a ceremony in connection with complete operationalization of Rehmatul-lil-Alameen Authority on Thursday, he said that a thief has fled the country while journalist ask for allowing him to make the speech.

He said that the family system had destroyed due to obscenity. "Parents are not being respected in our society. A nation without a big character cannot become a big nation," he maintained.

The prime minister stressed the need for educating Seeratun Nabi (PBUH) to the youth to bring a positive change in the society and deal with multifaceted social issues.

"A complete roadmap has been prepared under the umbrella of Rehmatul-lil-Alameen Authority to promote the teachings of the Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH). All the government departments will fully support the authority to implement its roadmap aimed at character building and education of youth, protection of family system and promotion of interfaith harmony," he maintained.
