Country can't make progress if bribery continued: PM Imran Khan

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that the country cannot make progress if bribery continues.

Addressing a ceremony of the National Highway Authority (NHA) on Wednesday, he said that the system of corruption was going on in all institutions.

"I cannot bring about a change by turning on a switch. "The Broadsheet chief told the masses how Pakistan's money was sent abroad. The then prime minister and ministers were involved in money laundering," he added.

Prime Minister Imran Khan said that a Pakistani had sent US$ one billion to a British bank from Saudi Arabia.

He said that the modern technology will make the monitoring process easy. "Allah Almighty will also help when the nation will decide to make a change.

He said that all ministries will be attached to e-ministry in the coming days.
