Couple among three shot dead over marriage row in Gujranwala
GUJRANWALA (92 News) - Three of a family, including the couple, were shot dead over a marriage dispute on Thursday.
The victim had tied the knot with a boy of her choice. Her cousin nurtured a grudge against her for contracting the marriage.
On the day of the incident, the accused opened fire on the girl, her husband and mother-in-law. All the three died on the spot. The bodies have been shifted to mortuary for autopsy.
The police have arrested the accused. Further investigations are underway.
