Couple torturing seven-year-old adopted girl sent to jail

LAHORE (92 News) – Judicial Magistrate Muhammad Riaz sent the couple accused of torturing an adopted girl to jail on Thursday. Amin and his wife Samina Kausar were arrested on the compliant of the Child Protection Bureau for torturing Rameeza two days ago. The police told court that they had completed investigations and there was no need for their physical remand. The defence counsel stated that the sections in the FIR were bailable and their clients should be granted bail.
