Court hands over KDA director Atif Ahmad to Rangers for 90 days

KARACHI (92 News) - Allegedly involved in embezzlement of millions in public funds, Karachi Development Authority (KDA) Director Atif Ahmad was remanded into Rangers' custody for 90 days on Saturday. As per details, the suspect was presented before the court amid tight security. Rangers law officer requested the court to grant a 90-day remand of the suspect for interrogation on which the court approved the request. Atif Ahmed Khan is an 18-grade officer in the KDA, and was arrested on the charges of illegal allotment, corruption and providing aid to terrorists earlier on Friday.
