Court sends Shahbaz Gill to jail in inciting to rebellion case

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Judicial Magistrate Malik Aman rejected the plea for seven-day physical remand of PTI leader Shahbaz Gill and sent him to jail in a inciting to rebellion case on Wednesday.

Special Prosecutor Rizwan Abbasi contended that some progress had been made in the investigation of Shahbaz Gill and still some investigation has to be done. "The accused has still to undergo a polygraph test," he added.

On the other hand, Shahbaz Gill underwent a medical examination at PIMS before being produced in court.
