Court to indict Rana Sanaullah in narcotics case on June 25

LAHORE (92 News) - The Anti-Narcotics Court on Tuesday summoned Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah for indictment in a case pertaining to narcotics recovery on June 25.

The court also issued the written order of the last hearing. The court also sought a reply from the ANF on the application of Rana Sanaullah for opening his bank accounts and property.

The court ordered the lawyers to present arguments on application of Rana Sanaullah seeking permanent absence from attendance. The co-accused of Rana Sanaullah withdrew applications not to frame charges against them.

The ANF authorities had submitted a challan of recovery of 15kg narcotics from Rana Sanaullah.
