Court verdicts can't be undone through resolutions, says Fawad Ch

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - PTI leader Fawad Chaudhary has said that the court verdicts cannot be undone through the resolutions.

Addressing a press conference on Thursday, he said that the SC judgement cannot be avoided except the martial law.

"Today's resolution had the signatures of only 42 MNAs. No cabinet has ever issued such childish declaration. This government wants to deprive the masses of their right to vote," he maintained.

Meanwhile in a tweet, Fawad Chaudhary said that the term of the caretaker government cannot be extended by extending the elections date. "The caretaker government tenure cannot go beyond the third week of April. The ECP should seek permission from President Arif Alvi and discuss the formation of the new caretaker setup from April 22," he added.

He said that the decisions of the caretaker ministers will be unconstitutional after April 22.
