COVID-19: 26 more deaths, 912 new infections reported during last 24 hours

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – As many as 26 more deaths and 912 new cases were reported due to coronavirus across the country during the last 24 hours.

According to the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC), 45,619 tests were conducted while the positivity ratio remained at 1.99 percent. The death toll due to pandemic in the country has reached 28,058. The number of positive cases has surged to 1,256,233.

Till now 22,607 active cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Sindh, 14,403 in Punjab, 3,870 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 2,105 in Islamabad, 167 in Balochistan, 369 in Azad Kashmir and 127 in Gilgit-Baltistan.

Furthermore, 462,155 coronavirus cases have been confirmed in Sindh, 435,040 in Punjab, 175,358 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 105,983 in Islamabad, 33,040 in Balochistan, 34,316 in Azad Kashmir and 10,341 in Gilgit-Baltistan.
