COVID-19: 58 more deaths, 3,153 new infections reported during last 24 hours

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – As many as 58 more deaths due to coronavirus and 3,153 new cases have been reported across the country during the last 24 hours.

According to the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC), 57,792 tests were conducted while positivity ratio remained 5.4 percent. The death toll due to pandemic in the country has reached 26,720. The number of positive cases has surged to 1,204,520.

Till now 49,706 active cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Sindh, 26,469 in Punjab, 7,968 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 4,547 in Islamabad, 350 in Balochistan, 1,673 in Azad Kashmir and 302 in Gilgit-Baltistan.

Furthermore, 444,464 coronavirus cases have been confirmed in Sindh, 413,182 in Punjab, 168,258 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 102,617 in Islamabad, 32,569 in Balochistan, 33,268 in Azad Kashmir and 10,162 in Gilgit-Baltistan.
