COVID-19 claims 83 lives during last 24 hours

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – As many as 83 more deaths due to coronavirus and 3,902 new cases have been reported across the country during the last 24 hours.

According to the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC), 60,537 tests were conducted while positivity ratio remained 6.44 percent. The death toll due to pandemic in the country has reached 26,413. The number of positive cases has surged to 1,190,136.

Till now 48,765 active cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Sindh, 26,690 in Punjab, 7,621 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 5,859 in Islamabad, 385 in Balochistan, 2,104 in Azad Kashmir and 323 in Gilgit-Baltistan.

Furthermore, 440,164 coronavirus cases have been confirmed in Sindh, 406,960 in Punjab, 165,980 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 101,550 in Islamabad, 32,456 in Balochistan, 32,942 in Azad Kashmir and 10,084 in Gilgit-Baltistan.
