COVID-19 claims more 46 lives during last 24 hours

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Another 46 deaths from COVID-19 across the country and 1,453 positive cases were reported in last 24 hours.

According to the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC), 51,343 tests were conducted while the positivity ratio remained at 2.82 percent. The death toll due to pandemic in the country has reached 28,032. The number of positive cases has surged to 1,255,321.

Till now 22,830 active cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Sindh, 14,790 in Punjab, 3,954 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 2,130 in Islamabad, 165 in Balochistan, 393 in Azad Kashmir and 133 in Gilgit-Baltistan.

Furthermore, 461,869 coronavirus cases have been confirmed in Sindh, 434,647 in Punjab, 175,212 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 105,930 in Islamabad, 33,026 in Balochistan, 34,299 in Azad Kashmir and 10,338 in Gilgit-Baltistan.
