COVID-19 claims more 58 lives during last 24 hours

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – As many as 58 more deaths due to coronavirus and 2,357 new cases have been reported across the country during the last 24 hours.

According to the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC), 48,151 tests were conducted while positivity ratio remained at 4.89 percent. The death toll due to pandemic in the country has reached 27,432. The number of positive cases has surged to 1,232,595.

Till now 30,614 active cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Sindh, 20,826 in Punjab, 6,243 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 2,513 in Islamabad, 249 in Balochistan, 920 in Azad Kashmir and 193 in Gilgit-Baltistan.

Furthermore, 453,051 coronavirus cases have been confirmed in Sindh, 425,703 in Punjab, 172,210 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 104,619 in Islamabad, 32,812 in Balochistan, 33,923 in Azad Kashmir and 10,277 in Gilgit-Baltistan.
