Covid-19 pandemic is biggest reason behind inflation, says PM Imran Khan

ATTOCK (92 News) – Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that the Covid-19 pandemic is the biggest reason behind the inflation.

Addressing a ceremony after performing the groundbreaking ceremony of a mother & child hospital on Friday, the petrol price has increased across the world during the pandemic.

"The petrol price in Pakistan is less than the prices of these commodities in India and Bangladesh," he maintained.

The prime minister said that they had reduced the tax and levy to lower the prices of POL products. "We are giving loans to the youth for business besides loans for constructing houses," he added.
