CPEC has so far attracted investment of US$25 billion: Khalid Mansoor

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Adviser to the Prime Minister on China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) Khalid Mansoor said that the CPEC had so far attracted the investment of US$25 billion.

Addressing a press conference on Monday, he said that the country would soon witness economic progress.

"Five Chinese companies have started production of electric vehicles. Ceramic tiles, LED lights and prefabricated houses will also be prepared," he maintained.

Khalid Mansoor said that the Phase II projects had been started. "The problems of the investors have been resolved," he added.

He said that a one-window cell is being formed with regard to investment in special economic zones.
