Cricket is a game of heroes not stars, says Waqar Younis

LAHORE (92 News) – Pakistan cricket team head coach Waqar Younis has on Tuesday apologized to the entire nation over team’s devastating performance in ICC World Twenty20. Talking to media at Pakistan Cricket Board Headquarters in Lahore on Tuesday, Waqar Younis accepted the faults of the team players and said that cricket is not a game of a stars but it is a game of heroes. “I have identified all the problems due to which the team is not performing well in all T20 just like it’s not performing in Test and one day,” he said. He said that the grouping happens when there is someone worthy but our team players are not worthy of making groups, adding that there is need to find the solution of the problem despite engaging in blame game.
