ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Pakistani cricketers, artists, singers and actors are ready to join Prime Minister Imran Khan in Muzaffarabad to raise voice for Kashmiris. Former Pakistan skipper Shahid Afridi announced to join the rally in Muzaffarabad for expressing solidarity with the Kashmiri people. He also urged others to join the rally to raise voice for the oppressed people of Kashmiris. “Let us join Prime Minister in raising voice for Kashmiris. For this I will be at Muzaffarabad on this Friday. Come join, every voice counts,” Shahid Afridi tweeted. Renowned actor Humayun Saeed took his twitter and said, “I will be joining Prime Minister Imran Khan in Muzzafarabad at this jalsa. I urge you all to participate as well. Let us show the world that we stand united with our Kashmiri brothers and sisters at this most difficult time.” Singer Sahir Ali Bagga also announced that he will participate in the rally of Prime Minister Imran Khan and appealed to all citizens to reach Muzaffarabad for solidarity with the Kashmiris. Leading singer Faakhir Mehmood urged all the citizens, saying, “Let’s share the sorrow of Kashmiri brethren and attend Muzaffarabad gathering.” PM Imran Khan will hold a big public gathering in Muzaffarabad today to express solidarity with the besieged people of Indian Occupied Kashmir. In a tweet on Wednesday, Prime Minister Imran Khan said that the aim of this gathering is to send a message to the world about the continuing siege of Occupied Kashmir by Indian Occupation forces. The premier said that the public gathering will be organised to send a message to the world regarding the continuing siege of IOJK by Indian occupation forces besides showing Pakistan’s firm support to Kashmiris. He said, “I am going to do a big jalsa in Muzzafarabad on Friday 13 Sept, to send a message to the world about the continuing siege of IOJK by Indian Occupation forces; & to show the Kashmiris that Pakistan stands resolutely with them.”
