MURREE (92 News) – Chief off Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa visited the family of the martyred Lt Arslan Alam on Monday. He offered his condolence and visited the grave of the martyred officer. Speaking on the occasion, the COAS warned that those criticizing the Army while sitting abroad will not be spared. “We will not rest until elimination of terrorism,” he maintained. He expressed the resolve to restore peace and rule of law whatever sacrifices it may cost. COAS Gen Qamar Bajwa said that Pakistan Army will continue to dispense responsibilities for national interests. “Only the state has the right to use force,” he said. He said that they are sacrificing youths of 18-19 years for the country. “No one can harm the country until parents are ready to sacrifice their children,” he added. The COAS said that the night when a jawan or an officer embraces martyrdom is very difficult for him. “The enemy of Pakistan is our enemy,” he maintained.
