CTD arrests alleged female suicide bomber from Turbat

TURBAT (92 News) - The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) arrested an alleged female suicide bomber from Turbat on Monday.

According to the CTD, the accused belongs to a banned outfit. Explosive material has also been recovered from her.

They said that the accused wanted to target a Chinese convoy on the CPEC route. "She belongs to the same group that carried out the attack in Karachi University," they added.

Meanwhile, the Larkana police arrested six terrorists from a hideout on Naseerabad Road. Two hand grenades and four pistols have been recovered from the terrorists.
