CTD arrests seven terrorists belonging to banned outfits in Punjab

LAHORE (92 News) - The CTD claimed on Saturday to have arrested seven terrorists of proscribed outfits in operations across Punjab.

According to CTD spokesman, the arrested terrorists were identified as Khalid Mehmood, Mohsin Waqar, Muhammad Usman, Sher Muhammad, Luqman Rafiq and Farooq.

Explosive materials, weapons, prohibited literature were recovered from the possession of the terrorists.

The accused are involved in planning terrorism in sensitive cities of the province. This week, 443 combing operations were conducted in different cities. During this time, 19 thousand 630 suspects were checked, 90 people were arrested for belonging to banned organizations.
