CTD constable sacked for having links with terrorists

KARACHI (92 News) – The SSP has sacked Constable Irfan Hassan of Counter Terrorism Department for having links with terrorists. Talking to the media, he said that Irfan has confessed to passing on information to terrorists in advance. He said that Irfan had passed on information to terrorists about CTD planning on November 20-21. Sources said that the raiding team was marching towards the hideout of terrorists when secret agency informed that terrorists had been informed about the raid. They said that the activity had to be postponed. The sources said that Irfan was issued a show-cause notice and he confessed to the crime in response to the notice.
