CTD personnel gunned down in Karachi

KARACHI (92 News) – Some unidentified armed assailants have on Wednesday gunned down a Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) personnel in Karachi’s Soljer Bazar area. As per details, Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) personnel Khalid Sheikh, resident of Chandani Chowk Lasbela, was heading towards his house after duty when some unknown armed men opened indiscriminate firing, killing him on the spot. Sindh Inspector General of Police (IG) AD Khawaja took notice of the murder and ordered DIG East to submit a detailed report about the murder. The deceased personnel was deployed in Garden police station. AD Khawaja directed to ensure the detention of the assailants.
