Real politics is the service of suffering humanity, says Pervez Elahi

LAHORE (92 News) - Punjab CM Chaudhry Pervez Elahi has said that real politics is the service of suffering humanity.

While meeting with senior politician Nazir Ahmed, Chaudhry Pervez Elahi said that PDM parties are shining politics even in the current situation. “The apathetic attitude of the opponents shows that they have no value for the suffering brothers and sisters. Coming forward to help flood victims is nothing less than worship. I am personally monitoring the flood victims’ rehabilitation measures.”

The chief minister said that the number of special medical campuses has been increased to prevent epidemics in the affected areas. “On my instructions, Chief Secretary Kamran Afzal is once again present in the affected areas.

“The politics of PDM parties is not based on any principle or ideology. They have shown irresponsible behavior on every important occasion including flood,” he concluded.
