Dacoit killed in botched robbery in Karachi

KARACHI (92 News) – A dacoit was killed when security guards foiled an attempt to loot a van carrying cash of a secret agency in Baloch Colony on Wednesday. Three dacoits riding bikes chased intercepted the cash van on Shahrah-e-Faisal. They tried to loot the cash at gunpoint. A dacoit was killed in an exchange of fire with security officials. His two accomplices managed to escape. The van driver was also injured in the shootout. The police are looking for the fleeing dacoits.
