Daska killings: Challan submitted in ATC declares SHO guilty

GUJRANWALA (92 News) – A challan submitted before the anti-terrorism court in Gujranwala declared former Senior House Officer (SHO) Shahzad Warraich guilty of killing two lawyers on Saturday. As per reports, the challan was presented before the court in which it was stated that the SHO opened fire at the lawyers over minor verbal arguments. Subsequently, the court has decided to summon eye witnesses in next hearing. Earlier, special court of Gujranwala division’s anti-terrorism court (ATC) sent Inspector Shehzad Warraich on 12-day physical remand on the accusation for killing two lawyers in Daska. The SHO was accused of killing as many as two lawyers during a clash on May 25.
