Last date for filing income tax returns extended till October 31

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The last date for filing the income tax returns has been extended till October 31. The decision was made during a meeting led by Federal Finance Minister Ishaq Dar on Wednesday. September 30 was the last date for submitting the income tax returns. Addressing the press conference after the meeting, he said that the Ogra had further proposed a decrease of Re 0.15 per litre and Re 0.68 in the petrol and diesel prices respectively. He said that the prices of POL products would remain the same.
