ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Deadlock continued between the government and opposition over Azadi March as both sides agreed to meet again at the residence of Maulana Fazlur Rehman on Tuesday. After the meeting, Defence Minister Pervez Khattak hoped that the talks would yield good results. Rahbar Committee chairman Akram Durrani said that the government committee should listen to their demands. He said that the government had listened to their demands. “Imran Khan had said that he would resign if only 500 people ask him to do so. Bilawal Bhutto, Shehbaz Sharif and other leaders represent their parties. Our sit-in is against Imran Khan, not anyone else,” he said, while talking to the media. He said that he had declared his assets before the Election Commission of Pakistan. “I will quit politics if a single asset is proved as mine,” he said. Akram Durrani said that they would close highways and all districts. “We will start ‘Jail Bharo movement’ after Azadi March.” He said that no one could thinks of using force against such a huge crowd.
