Defence Minister Khurram Dastgir calls on COAS Qamar Bajwa

RAWALPINDI (92 News) – Defence Minister Khurram Dastgir Khan called on Chief of Army Staff Gen Qamar Javed Bajwa at GHQ on Tuesday. During the meeting, matters related to defence and security situation in the country were discussed in detail. Prior to the meeting, the minister was also updated on security situation at Military Operations Directorate. Meanwhile, Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Zafar Mahmood Abbasi visited GHQ and called on Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa. Matters of professional interest were discussed. The COAS congratulated Admiral Zafar on assuming the command of Pakistan Navy. Earlier on his arrival at GHQ, the CNS laid a floral wreath at Yadgar-e-Shuhada and offered Fateha for martyrs of Pakistan.
