KARACHI (92 News) – Defence Ministry has removed Air vice Marshal (Retd) Muhammad Yousaf from the post of Director General Civil Aviation on Wednesday. According to sources, Additional Secretary Amjad Ali Toor has been give the additional charge of DG Civil Aviation. The government was not happy with the performance of Director General Civil Aviation Muhammad Yousaf due to the complaints of other airlines, sources said. “The matter of Air Indus safety rules was also the reason to remove him.” The Airlines have appreciated government’s decision. On the other hand, Air vice Marshal (Retd) Muhammad Yousaf has confirmed the authenticity of the news.
