LAHORE (92 News) – Opposition Leader in National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif has termed that delay in report of wheat and sugar scandal is Prime Minister Imran Khan’s admission of guilt and proof of Rs100 billion robbery by the government. The Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) president declared the two-week delay in the report of the sugar inquiry commission report as collusion, adding that the government cannot hide facts from masses by delaying the report. Shehbaz Sharif has claimed that head of Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) and people who approved subsidy are responsible for the wheat and sugar crisis. He said that hiding inquiry report will not hide facts from masses as public knows people who robbed them. The opposition leader maintained that there is no need for further inquiry or forensic report as inquiry commission is biased because members of the committee are also member of commission. Shehbaz Sharif further demanded that the former premier Shahid Khaqan Abbasi and PMl-N leader Khurram Dastgir should be allowed to appear. “When our nominated members appear, all things will be surfaced and clear before the public regarding the report,” he added.
