Democracy is being eliminated in country under a plan, says Fawad Ch

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - PTI chairman Fawad Chaudhary has said that democracy is being eliminated under a plan in the country.

In a tweet on Friday, he said that the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has practically merged into the federal government.

He said that the government had suspended the basic rights of the people and now institutions are being eliminated. "The chief election commissioner and his colleagues are the villains of the people," he maintained.

PTI leader Hammad Azhar said that the failure of the present imposed government should not be considered as the failure of democracy. "The country cannot afford a new experience and now the people will only decide," he added.
