Dengue fever kills four people in Punjab during last 24 hours

LAHORE (92 News) – As many as four people have lost their lives due to dengue fever in Punjab during last 24 hours.

The people who died due to dengue fever belonged to Sheikhupura and Bahawalnagar. Till now 133 patients of dengue fever have lost their lives in Lahore.

On the other hand, 17 new cases of dengue fever were reported in the twin cities during last 24 hours. According to the Islamabad district health officer, 7 new cases of dengue fever were reported. 4 cases of dengue fever in rural areas and 3 cases were reported from urban areas. The total number of dengue patients in the city have reached 4,588.

Meanwhile, the Rawalpindi district health officer said that 10 cases of dengue fever were reported during last 24 hours. reaching the total number of dengue patients in the city to 3,590.
