Dense fog covers the several areas in Punjab, disrupts air traffic

LAHORE (92 News) – Dense fog have covered different areas of Punjab, flights operations affected due to zero visibility while different sections of Motorway have also been closed.

Train Schedule has been affected due to heavy fog. According to Motorway spokesman, Motorway sections from Thokar Niaz Baig to Kot Momin (M2), from Faizpur to Samundri (M3), from Rahimyar Khan to Shershah (M5) and from Sambriyal to Mehmood Booti (M11) have been closed. Traffic affected on National Highways.

Motorway Police have requested citizens to avoid unnecessary travel. Make proper use of focus lights. Maintain more distance between cars than usual routine during fog. Before starting journey and during journey dial 130 for seeking help.
