Deputy Speaker Qasim Suri approves no-confidence motion for discussion in NA

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Deputy Speaker Qasim Suri approved to discuss the no-confidence motion against Prime Minister Imran Khan on Monday.

Opposition Leader in the National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif presented the no-confidence motion. As many as 161 lawmakers voted in favour of the no-confidence motion. The House will start discussing the motion while voting for it will be held within a week.

No estranged member of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) was present in the House.

Later, the session was adjourned till 4pm on March 31.

The question-answer session was suspended in the House.
