LAHORE (92 News) - PML-N senior vice-president Maryam Nawaz has said that the failure of PTI chairman Imran Khan to appear before court despite court orders is a slap in face of the justice system.

In a message on Twitter handle on Thursday, she said that the one who claims that he will bring the powerful under the law is insulting the judiciary and all are silent spectators.

"Even there is a law in the jungle," she added.

Meanwhile, Maryam Nawaz called on former prime minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi to remove latter's reservations.

Maryam Nawaz said that she was his sister and the party is not hers alone. "We all under the leadership of Nawaz Sharif will work for the party and the country. Unmatched sacrifices of Shahid Khaqan Abbasi cannot be ignored," she maintained.

Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said that he had dedicated all his things for the PML-N. "I have no differences with the party. I will stand by the party till my last breath," he added.
