DG ISPR's statement is very appropriate, within ambit of law and constitution: FM Qureshi

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi has said that the statement of DG ISPR Babar Iftikhar is very appropriate and within ambit of law and constitution.

Talking to 92 News on Monday, he said that the opposition wants to create anarchy to save its political credibility.

He asked political parties to do politics and not become part of anti-state narrative. "An attempt to pressurize the government by levelling the allegations will fail," he added.

Interior Minister Sheikh Rasheed said that those spreading negative propaganda against Pak Army will have to suffer a defeat.

He said that Maulana Fazalur Rehman was uttering positive words as he understands the opposition can do nothing.
