Aug 22 arson attack was planned, says DG Rangers Sindh

KARACHI (92 News) – DG Rangers Maj-Gen Bilal Akbar inquired after the Aug 22 arson attack victim at Jinnah Hospital on Monday. Talking to the media, he said that the Aug 22 tragedy was planned. ”The attack was carried by the people belonging to the MQM sector and unit,” he disclosed. The DG Rangers said that a bank officer was asked to conduct the attack, while the other officer was still at large. “The saboteurs were provided shelter in the bank. The arrested accused have divulged the names of the saboteurs,” he said.
