DG Rangers expresses concern over a delay in forming JITs of 28 accused

KARACHI (92 News) – DG Rangers Sindh Maj-Gen Bilal Akbar presided over a high-level meeting and expressed his concern over a delay in forming joint investigation teams of the 28 accused. 

Senior staff, prosecution and law officers participated in the meeting.

The DG Rangers directed the law and prosecution officers to deal with the cases at the earliest. 

The court had ordered to form JITs of the remanded accused within 15 days.

On the other hand, Corps Commander Karachi Naveed Mukhtar called on Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah. 

They discussed law and order and implementation of the National Action Plan.
