Quota an insult to merit, says DG Rangers Sindh

KARACHI (92 News) – DG Rangers Sindh Maj Gen Bilal Akbar has proposed to abolish the quota system in the province. He was speaking at a meeting of the Sindh Apex Committee chaired by Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah on Wednesday. “The quota is an insult to merit,” he said. He said that the elimination of crimes is impossible without removing sense of deprivation.
