Dialogue with India minus Kashmir issue not acceptable: Sartaj

LAHORE (92 News) – Adviser to the prime minister on National Security and Foreign Affairs, Sartaj Aziz on Sunday vowed that Pakistan will fulfill its defence needs but will not join India in an arms race. Addressing a ceremony, Sartaj Aziz stated that Kashmir dispute will be top priority in dialogue with India and any dialogue minus Kashmir issue is not acceptable to Pakistan. He said Pakistan wants to reduce tension alongside the Working Boundary and Line of Control, adding that Pakistan has the potential to defend itself. Indian Foreign Secretary Subrahmanyan Jaishankar is expected to visit Islamabad on March 3.
