ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) workers disgruntled over distribution of party tickets for the upcoming general election continued on Tuesday to stage the sit-in protest at Bani Gala. The protesters are present outside the residence of party chief Imran Khan in Bani Gala. Following the protest, PTI chief Imran Khan failed to pacify disgruntled workers despite assurances that he will review the party's decisions regarding awarding tickets for the upcoming elections. The activists were not dispersed in spite the assurance of Imran Khan. Moreover, the party has decided to announce its remaining candidates for the national and provincial seats today. On the other hand, some key leaders of the Pakistan Muslim League-N can also leave the party over distributions of the tickets. After the consultations in London, the list has been prepared of the party ticket holders. Nawaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz clearly refused to Shehbaz Sharif for changing the final list of candidates.
