Distribution of awards in federal ministries is similar to films: Sherry Rehman

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – PPP Senator Sherry Rehman has termed the distribution of awards in the federal ministries is similar to films.

Talking to the media on Saturday, she said that it was not correct to make the matters of the ministries public. "How is the country being run, if performance of the ministries is not good?" she questioned.

"The government has again increased the power tariff as per its desire. Inflation has broken the backbone of the people," she added.

Sherry Rehman said that the people were unable to send their children to school. "The country has never faced such crises in the history," she added.

Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah said that the ministers not getting the awards are weeping like children. He also raised questions about the performance of Murad Saeed, the first position holders.
