Dollar continues to soar in interbank market, reaches at Rs177.61

KARACHI (92 News) – The dollar continued to soar in the interbank market on Thursday, reaching at Rs177.61 after further gaining 18 paisas against the rupee.

In the open market, the dollar price increased by 50 paisas and reached at Rs180. During the last seven months, the dollar price has increased by Rs25.33. 

On the other hand, the benchmark KSE-100 witnessed a decrease of over 300 points and was closed at 43,518 points. As a result, investors have suffered heavy losses.
