Dollar decline against rupee continues, reduces by Rs2.65 to Rs226.15

KARACHI (92 News) - The dollar decline against the rupee continued and reduced by Rs2.65, reaching at Rs226.15 in the interbank market on Thursday.

In the open market, the dollar price also reduced by Rs3 and it was closed at Rs226. Dollar has lost Rs15 since August 15.

Meanwhile, 100-index of the Pakistan Stock Exchange witnessed an increase of 356 points and it was closed at 41,425 points.

After a decrease in the dollar rate, the gold rate has reduced by Rs2,100 per tola and as a result, it reached at Rs143,200 per tola.

In the international market, the gold price has touched US$1,787 per ounce after a decrease of US$21.
