Dollar gains 74 paisa, increases to Rs239.65 in interbank market

KARACHI (92 News) - The dollar price further increased by 74 paisa to Rs239.65 in the interbank market on Wednesday.

In the open market, the US dollar stabilized at Rs245.40.

Meanwhile, 100-index of the Pakistan Stock Market recoded a decrease of 255 points and it closed at 40,965 points. During the trading, a decrease of 0.62% was witnessed. The per tola gold price remained stable at 155,100.

On the other hand, the federal government has issued new orders regarding transporting the currency. According to the FBR, the people carrying more than US$5,000 will have to give the declaration at the airport.

The people bringing US$10,000 will have to provide the details.
