Dollar increases by Rs4.30, reaches all-time high of Rs215.25 in interbank market

KARACHI (92 News) - The dollar rate reached the all-time high after gaining Rs4.30 against the rupee in the interbank market on Monday.

In the open market, it was traded at the highest rate of Rs217.

The dollar rate has increased by Rs11 since July 1. During the PML-N government, it has increased by Rs32.32.

On the other hand, 100-index of the Pakistan Stock Exchange lost 741 points and was closed at 41,333. Owing to a sharp decrease, billions of rupees of investors were lost.
