Domestic feud: 5 children die, mother in critical condition after taking poisonous tea

TOBA TEK SINGH (92 News) - Five children were killed while their mother was in a critically condition after taking poisonous tea over a domestic dispute.

The children were laid to rest. A large number of people attended the funeral. A case has been registered on the complaint of the maternal uncle of the killed children.

According to the FIR, Asghar and his wife used to quarrel with each over domestic issues. Asghar mixed poison in tea taken by the deceased and their mother.

Asghar, in his statement, stated that he had been at odds with his wife, but the family had consumed something in his absence. However, the police are investigating the matter.
