PESHAWAR (92 News) – Law enforcement agencies have on Wednesday apprehended dozens of suspects during search operation conducted across the country under Operation Raadul Fassad following a recent wave of terror. In Peshawar, four operatives of a banned organization were detained, while at least 25 suspects were nabbed during search operation in Charsadda’s Tangi area. The law enforcers have also recovered weapons from the possession of arrested suspects. The seized weapons include rocket launchers, Kalashnikovs, hand grenades, pistols and guns. The arrested men were shifted to undisclosed location for further interrogation. In Gujrat, the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) carried out an operation and arrested two terrorists of a banned outfit. The arrested terrorists belonged to banned outfit Daesh (also known as ISIL, Islamic State, or ISIS) and were identified as Ismael Khalil and Zubair.
