Dr Zakir Naik confirms his Pakistan visit next month
LAHORE (Web Desk) - Islamic scholar Dr Zakir Naik, who is famous worldwide for his lectures on Islam and comparative religion, has confirmed his visit to Pakistan next month.
Dr Zakir Naik will deliver lectures in major Pakistani cities, including Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, according to a post uploaded on his official Facebook page.
His tour will start on October 5 in Karachi, and it will conclude in Islamabad on the 20th of the same month.
Dr Zakir Naik will be accompanied by his son, Dr Fariq Naik, who is also an Islamic scholar, during his visit to Pakistan and lectures in different cities.
Another Facebook post shows that the Karachi event will take place at Bagh-e-Quaid, opposite to the mausoleum of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.
Dr Naik’s lecture in Karachi on October 5 will address "the purpose of our life," while Dr Fariq Naik is scheduled to speak the following day on "Is it necessary to understand the Quran while reading?”
Dr Naik’s lectures will be held on October 12 and 13 in Lahore and October 19 and 20 in Islamabad. However, details about specific topics and venues for these events are to be disclosed.
The news of Dr Zakir Naik's visit has sent a wave of excitement among his Pakistani followers, and they are excited to attend his public lectures in person and listen to him live.
It is to be noted here that Dr Naik currently resides in Malaysia.
