KARACHI (92 News) – A Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Traffic Police Faiz Ali Shagri was killed and another DSP Traffic Police Zafar Hussain escaped unhurt in separate incidents of target killing in Karachi. As per details, some unidentified armed assailants opened fire on his vehicle at Rashid Minhas Road, killing Faiz Ali Shagri on the spot while injuring his driver. The victim was later shifted to a hospital for medical assistance. Police reached the spot and collected the evidence from the spot and launched investigation into the incident. Meanwhile, DSP Traffic Police Zafar Hussain escaped a deadly attack in Gulistan-e-Johar’s University Road, when armed men riding a motorcycle attacked but they were forced to flee after police retaliated. Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah took notice of the incidents and demanded report from Inspector General Sindh Police AD Khawaja.
